Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise.
What is processing time? Our fulfillment center is being notified about your online order to be safely packed and prepared for shipment.

Please note:
"3-7 Business days," "2-Day" and "Next Day," do not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
Orders placed after 4:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day.
Our goal is to make sure your item(s) are processed and shipped as promptly as possible. If your order is taking longer than usual shipping and processing time, please contact us using the customer service tab and please include;

How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

FREEKICK always guarantees 100% satisfaction!

If you are not satisfied with any purchased item(s), simply return the item and FREEKICK will exchange your item(s) or refund you. Please allow our compliance department 30 days after receiving the returned item(s).

Some conditions may apply, please read:

Client is responsible for return shipment charges. Once our compliance department ships out item(s) back to you, you will not enquire any additional shipping charges.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Items must have all original tags attached in order for our compliance department to validate your return/exchange. Items must be worn, used or tampered with. Items must be in resalable condition.

If exchanged item(s) are not available, we may issue you a refund instead. FREEKICK will make every effort to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

If item(s) being return cost less than requested item(s), we may ask you to pay the full price on new item only and our compliance department will refund you for items being returned, only in the event that FREEKICK cannot charge the difference.

FREEKICK does not hold/store/save or file our customers Credit Card information.

Follow instructions on ALL RETURNED ITEMS(S), please include the following;
1. When returning please make sure your item(s) are sealed properly. FREEKICK will not be responsible for item(s) damaged during shipment.
2. FREEKICK requests the following information when returning/exchanging any item(s);
  a. Reason for return?
  b. Are you returning or exchanging?
  c. Order number
3. All item(s) returned are to be mailed to same address printed on packing slip. All items sent to you will have a tracking number (not order number) for reference purposes. If you may have any questions regarding any of the information described above, please refer to our “Ask a question” tab and provide both tracking and order numbers and description of item(s) being returned.
