How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

If you are not satisfied with any purchased item(s), simply return the item and FREEKICK will exchange your item(s) or refund you. Please allow our compliance department 30 days after receiving the returned item(s).
Some conditions may apply, please read:
1. When returning please make sure your item(s) are sealed properly. FREEKICK will not be responsible for item(s) damaged during shipment.
2. FREEKICK requests the following information when returning/exchanging any item(s);

b. Are you returning or exchanging?
c. Order number
3. All item(s) returned are to be mailed to same address printed on packing slip. All items sent to you will have a tracking number (not order number) for reference purposes. If you may have any questions regarding any of the information described above, please refer to our “Ask a question” tab and provide both tracking and order numbers and description of item(s) being returned.
